JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY
Ocean Jazz jewelry has a three month warranty. We offer complementary repairs for any defects or damage found within three months of the date of purchase.
There will be a fee of $30 for repairs requested after three months from the date of purchase. Some repairs may result in higher fees if components are determined missing. If we cannot repair your piece, we will be happy to replace it with the same or similar style of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for costs when sending the item to us.
- If item to be repaired is within the three month warranty, please contact us and provide the following information:
2) Description of damage/defect
3) Date of Purchase
-If item to be repaired is not within the three month warranty, please do the following:
1) Select item to be repaired from the listed options
2) Provide a description of damage/defect in Note To Seller section
3) Complete the transaction
4) Send your item (with tracking) to the address that will be sent to you upon payment
This policy applies to Ocean Jazz jewelry pieces only. Policy does not cover missing or lost items. Please contact us with any further questions.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
